    Professional Cryptocurrency Index

    Product Description: We have developed an index that can be used by all players in the
    cryptocurrency industry. This index allows users to follow the dynamics of the cryptocurrency
    market on the 20 most capitalized positions.

    Target Audience: All participants in the cryptocurrency industry who want to receive
    independent and current market information. Funds, investors, traders, institutional investors.

    Goal: The goal of this cryptocurrency index is to create an indicator that would help private
    investors, cryptocurrency funds and traders define the general trend and speed of digital
    tokens. For funds accumulating investor money, STIPS20 can become a benchmark for buying
    more liquid tokens. It allows users to invest directly in the index and obtain market returns.
    Investors will be able to compare investment yields with average cryptocurrency market
    dynamics to estimate efficiency and expediency when choosing a fund.

    Open Tokenized Index Fund

    Product Description: STIPS|20Fund is the first open index cryptocurrency fund on NEM
    blockchain architecture. This is a fund with a transparent and classical asset management
    strategy. It follows the STIPS20index, which includes the TOP-20 cryptocurrencies. Investors
    can make investments to our fund at any moment and get a transparent mid-market yield.
    Market: The potential market for passive index cryptocurrency funds is currently $41 billion
    (market analysis is given in section STIPS|20Fund in the White Paper).
    Target Audience: Mostly non-professional and interested investors, who are indisposed to
    take higher risks while making investment decisions but willing to participate in the dynamics
    of the cryptoassets market.
    Goal: Create the first open passive index fund and allow investors to participate in the dynamics
    of the cryptoassets market in a safer, more transparent and historically reputable way.

    First Decentralized Trading, Analytics and Management Platform
    The goal of STIPS|Oculus is to build a simple, functional, and decentralized analytics platform,
    bringing together all the players of the cryptocurrency market for highly efficient investments.
    The platform represents a decentralized environment that employs widgettools for the
    following categories of services:
    • fundamental, technical analysis of trading tools (tokens, currencies, etc.)
    • placing assets for management (STIPS|Smart Fund)
    • connecting and using an unlimited number of financial services from third-party developers.
    Features: A characteristic feature of the platform will be its gamification system.This is the
    process of using game thinking and game dynamics to attract users and consumers, while
    enhancing their involvement in solving applied problems, and using products and services.
    Due to this process, users will be involved in the data transfer of analyzed projects and will
    receive tokens, bonuses, ratings, etc.


    STIPS|Oculus employs a combination of unique algorithms for regression analysis and
    sentiment-analysis to identify fundamental parameters that influence the dynamics of
    token price. For analysis of the unstructured information (collected from the blockchain and
    provided by the platform’s users) there will be used the IBM solution (IBM Watson) adapted
    to the STIPS|Oculus needs. IBM Watson is an advanced tool that allows revealing trends in
    the unstructured information by using artificial intelligence and immense computational
    With a long list of data, a user can work out his/her unique trading strategy and apply it in
    everyday trading.
    Regression Analysis is a statistical method for estimating the influence of one or several
    independent variables (for example: code activity at Github, asset flow on a tool in large
    wallets) on dependent variable (token price).

    Regression model development is an iteration process aimed at searching for efficient
    independent variables to explain dependent variables. We try to model and understand these
    variables by launching the regression tool to identify which values are efficient predictors.
    Then step-by-step removal and/or addition of variables is done until we find the most suitable
    regression model.

    Sentiment-analysis allows users to view the overall market sentiment or sentiment on a
    certain topic in all connected chats, tweets or websites.
    This method is based on a semantic analysis of news from the Aggregator.
    When a user switches to a certain coin, news gathering on this coin starts with “terminological
    token”. Then all news is evaluated with a certain algorithm, specifically with regard to the
    sentiment of each message. This information is summed up and shown in the coin graph in
    the form of a “candle” with the volume of messages and sentiment classification.
    By clicking the “candle”, a user can see the details on message volumes and sentiment for
    each source.
    The system administrator can choose the news sources.
    The platform has a separate tool to view market sentiment by key words. For example, the
    end user types in the key words “EOS, ICO, tokens”. These words are sent to a Sentimentanalysis
    service and then the system gives a sentiment evaluation on wordpairs.


    The problem of platform scalability and exponential growth will be resolved by constant
    interaction with users through the gamification and token motivation system.
    Key issues with most services are the difficulty in learning the platform and constant customer
    retention. Gamification evokes the competitive spirit in everyone. When a person plays, he/
    she gets involved in the process more and more, feels satisfied with his/her achievements, and
    therefore is ready to visit and use the platform more often. The STIPS token accrual system for
    performed tasks, bonuses for discoveries on the platform, and rating system are additional
    motivation to use the Oculus platform.
    Each user will be able to bring currency information to the platform in accordance with the
    criteria described above (wallets, team information, events, etc.). In exchange, we will pay
    them STIPS tokens for unique information. At the early stages, the STIPS|FinTech team will
    determine the importance of this data based on publically available, transparent methods.
    The platform is designed for all market players:
    • Those who create tokens
    • Those who buy tokens
    • Those who want to earn by participating in the platform development
    Oculus is a decentralized platform where everyone can manage it or influence its operation.
    The system is based on automatic accounting of the most active users and grants them
    “supervisor” rights (those users with a certain level of reputation in the community, weight,
    advantages and responsibilities). These users (supervisors) provide validation for incoming
    information and influence the platform’s operation.
    At the first stage, ten supervisors are supposed to constantly work on the platform. They are
    chosen from the standard users based on their activity. In order to become a supervisor, a
    user should have 100 validated data in the platform history. Supervisors have advantages
    on the platform in the form of 2x tokens for providing information (10 STIPS). The user also
    accepts the obligation to supervise a minimum 10 new data from standard users. If the user
    fails to perform his/her obligation, the user loses his/her supervisor status and becomes a
    standard user until he/she becomes active again.
    Each user with 200 validated data in the platform history gets a status of “Super Supervisor”
    and has a right to use all Oculus services for free and gets access to special features of the
    platform. This status is temporary and requires user to stay active.


    Let’s say platform user Bob trades cryptocurrencies. After logging in on STIPS|Oculus, Bob is
    granted access to a limited list of parameters that can influence the price of the token Bob is
    interested in. Particularly:
    • Code activity at GitHub
    • Number of exchanges where the token is listed
    • Number of current project employees
    • Compliance of project activity with a declared roadmap
    Bob then chooses a token, for example, NEO, enables available parameters
    from the list above and gets graphs and absolute values to see how these
    parameters influence the token price. Based on the analysis, Bob comes to
    the conclusion that, out of four parameters, only the code activity at GitHub and number of
    current employees influence the future NEO price. Then Bob starts monitoring the changes of
    these parameters in his user account on the platform. One day, NEO code activity at Github
    grows by 500 points and the project team increases by 15 people. Bob buys the NEO token,
    expecting its price to go up. Due to increased developer activity and code enhancement (activity
    growth at Github, growing staff), there is a growing demand for the token and therefore its
    price is increasing. As a result, Bob made a profit.
    After the successful deal, Bob decides to take advantage of the full functionality of the
    STIPS|Oculus platform. Bob buys STIPS tokens and gets access to unlimited functionality of
    the platform.

    As another example, Alice is interested in analyzing projects and revealing
    trends in the market. She logs into the platform and gains access to an
    independent upload of token data to obtain a payment (in STIPS tokens).
    Alice knows that the team for the XEM token is going to organize some large
    events and follows the project in accordance with its roadmap. She uploads
    this information onto the platform and receives a notification that after the
    information is processed, she will receive X number of STIPS tokens added
    to her user account. Thus, Alice provides unique information used in the regression model and
    earns money, and Bob uses this information in trading.


    Decentralized Solution for Your Investments
    The Fund is an important part of the Oculus platform. A significant part of the platform’s
    functionality is focused on smart investing and gives users access to information so that they
    can make informed decisions about their cryptoassets. At the same time, most users aren’t
    ready to make independent decisions and it’s important for them to have not only analytical
    tools, but also tools to transfer their assets for management. For this purpose, we will allow
    the user to choose their algorithm/fund/trader and transfer their assets for management.
    At the first stage, we launch our own fund, which will distribute assets on the 20 most
    capitalized tokens, according to the STIPS20 index.
    • Transfer of the Index Fund to the Smart Fund
    After launching the key elements of the Oculus platform, the system will be enabled to assess
    each and every token based on the analysis of the collected data and to distribute assets
    across tokens, guided by the machine learning.
    • Connection of a Wide Range of Third-Party Funds with the Platform
    There are a lot of projects on the market and each team is good at its product. We understand
    that we don’t have enough resources to develop all services and be the best at everything. At
    the same time, users want to have access to all services and preferably in one place.
    That is why the platform will be open and allow users to connect third-party services to earn
    money and use them at work.

    STIPS tokens will be the core of the ecosystem, be given to users for valid information, and
    be used as payment for the extended functionality of the platform. Token depositing into the
    user’s account will be batched for monthly platform usage.

    Functionality and interfaces are partly an integration of the existing services Cryptowatson,
    Haasbot and Cryptopanic. That is why the best practices and usability of these services are
    included in this platform.
    The system is built on sockets. All services are in a single window.
    The system will include dashboard functionality. The end user will be able to place and choose
    tools as he/she likes.
    Each separate tool will be available as a widget that the user can add to his/her dashboard.
    When adding to the dashboard, the user sets the necessary parameters. For example, it is
    possible to form a dashboard that includes all the information on a certain token, trading
    volume in this wallet, twitter news, and messages status for the currency. It is also possible to
    trade this token here using a trading algorithm written by other developers.
    STIPS|Oculus will become a living body created by the community in accordance with
    their needs.


    STIPS is a token built on the EOS blockchain.
    STIPS is a utility-token and the core of the STIPS|FinTech ecosystem. The project’s economy,
    based on the token, is aimed at the project’s constant development and ensures the
    decentralization of incoming information, which, in turn, minimized damages and manipulations
    common for centralized data aggregators. Tokens are continuously traded in the system, and
    users can spend tokens inside the ecosystem and receive them for their support in project
    development. The most important function of the token is stimulation, which allows for
    unlimited ecosystem development.
    1. Monthly Subscription
    In Oculus the token will be used as payment for the monthly subscription, which provides
    access to the platform’s full functionality. The basic amount for the monthly subscription
    is 100 STIPS (this sum may change depending on the token’s price on the market). All
    tokens collected in payment for platform subscriptions will go to platform development,
    maintenance, and user payments.
    2. Platform Maintenance
    A portion of resources is spent on:
    • staff;
    • server maintenance;
    • and other expenses.
    3. Payments to Users
    The unique system of token motivation means that active platform users collect a payment
    in the form of STIPS tokens for providing different information to the platform. The basic
    amount is 5 STIPS (this sum may change depending on the token’s price on the market).
    The payment is made only for valid information. “Supervisors” of the Oculus platform get 2x
    payment for information (see the platform description for more details on the rating system).
    Tokenomics calculation has been made based on two scenarios – funds raised in accordance
    with Hard Cap and Soft Cap. During calculation, the following data was simulated:
    • Incoming STIPS tokens flow, which is generated by user subscription payments for access
    to the platform’s expanded functionality.
    • Outgoing STIPS tokens flow, which is payment to users for providing valid information to
    the platform.
    • Balance of the incoming and outgoing STIPS tokens flows to ensure viability of tokenomics
    (that there’s no tokens deficiency during platform operation).
    • Ratio of tokens participating in the platform’s operation to the total volume of STIPS token

    In the ecosystem funds, tokens will function as a means of paying the participation fee. Users
    have the ability to pay fees either with the Fund token (forced payment) or with STIPS tokens,
    for which the user gets a 30% discount. The user can either buy STIPS tokens in advance and
    deposit them into their account or buy them through his/her user account directly via the
    Bitcoin/Ethereum platform.
    A portion of collected tokens will go towards paying third-party fund managers.
    10% of all incoming STIPS tokens flow (platform fee, funds fees) will be accumulated and
    burned quarterly until 30% of all issued STIPS tokens are burnt.
